ADVANCED CASTING & MOLDING CAPABILITIES
Vacuum Forming
Our vacuum forming department features multiple platen machines:
- 36” x 24” platen
- 24” x 18” platen
- 48” x 96” platen
Ideal for limited and production runs, we create precision-formed parts using wood, resin, or metal molds.
Roto Casting
- 3’ x 3’ roto caster with 500 lb capacity
Our roto cast systems allow for large-scale urethane molding, producing durable, lightweight parts with excellent wall consistency and detail.
Spin Casting
We produce urethane and white metal parts using 14” radial molds, ideal for small component production and prototype testing.
Pressure & Vacuum Casting
- Urethane Shore A and D resins
- Polyfoams, elastomerics, rigid and clear materials in virtually any color
With 250,000-part annual production capability, our casting chambers range from 12” x 12” up to 48” x 48”, supporting both short-run and high-volume manufacturing.
Meter Mix Casting
Precision-controlled castings from ½ oz to 150 lbs, allowing us to pour anything from micro components to large urethane structures.
RAPID PROTOTYPING & FABRICATION
3D Printing & Prototyping
We integrate rapid prototyping through Form 2, Raise 3D Plus, and Eden 250 3D printing systems — bridging the gap between design concept and full-scale manufacturing.
Laser Engraving & Cutting
Our 18” x 32” Universal Laser CO₂ system precisely engraves or cuts wood and plastics up to ½” thick — ideal for signage, branding elements, and detail finishing.
Mold Fabrication & Tooling
From RTV rubber molds to fiberglass and CNC-milled metal molds, we build each tool in-house for complete control and precision.
Machining & Finishing
- Metal lathe and CNC milling
- 6,000 sq ft fabrication shop with an additional 5,000 sq ft back lot
Our team handles everything from fine detailing to heavy-duty industrial assembly.
